Reduces or eliminates the need for hazardous solvents.
Dry ice blasting replaces chemical or solvent based cleaning.

Quicker and more thorough than cleaning by hand.
Get a more detailed and quicker clean with CO2 by getting into hard to reach areas.

Safe around electrical components.

Business Description

We have the experience and the know-how. Our company has been performing Dry Ice cleaning in Saskatchewan since 2003. We have logged over 10,000 blasting hours and utilized over 1000 tonnes of reclaimed CO2 demonstrating and commercializing the potential of Dry Ice cleaning as one of the best industry practices to safely clean many hazardous materials. We got our start cleaning hydrocarbons and various industrial residues from plant sites and equipment, and today, this work accounts for over 80% of the business we do.

We have the programs and the people. Having the right technology to effectively clean plant sites and equipment is just a part of the Envirotech CO2 business solution. Through policy development and our “Targeting and Sustaining Zero Injury” program, Envirotech has earned an outstanding reputation for safety and efficiency. The Saskatchewan Workers Compensation Board has recognized our exemplary safe work record with a “Certificate of Achievement” which offers Envirotech the maximum performance-based discount offered by WCB and the lowest WCB rate premiums in the industry.

We have the vision and the resolve to make it happen. We continuously strive to be a leading edge “carbon-neutral” service provider, diversifying and investing into technologies and practices that sequester carbon and add value to the carbon cycle. To complement our dry ice cleaning services, our long-term research and development plan includes a large- scale carbon capture and CO2 liquefaction system called the Ghiocel 6000. To meet our immediate goals for carbon-neutrality, Envirotech currently operates a 320-acre tree farm south of Saskatoon, SK with plans to grow the number of managed stems to over 30,000 trees.
